Job Summary

Account Executive for Eastern European SMB market based in Dublin (Hybrid) leading end-to-end sales of Salesforce AI/Data solutions, balancing new business with expansion in existing accounts. Role requires deep experience in full-cycle sales, strategic territory planning, discovery and value-based solutioning, and building relationships with C-level stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with BDR, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the sales funnel across the Eastern European region and across multiple cloud offerings; relocation support is provided.

Required Qualifications

  • Quota-carrying, technology-solution based direct sales experience
  • Territory & account planning strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • Research and discovery to understand customer processes, challenges, and goals
  • Solutioning to address customer needs with Salesforce AI and Data solutions
  • Strong customer communication across written, spoken, and presentation formats using tools (Whiteboarding, Slack, Google Slides, Zoom)
  • Resourceful use of company resources and tools to drive results
  • Team selling and cross-functional collaboration with account teams
  • Fluency in Russian, Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian and English
