Job Summary
Account Executive, SMB for G2 Marketing Solutions, owning a new-business quota in the SMB AMER segment and running the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in the India-based IST shift, with initial ramp in a full-time in-office schedule and later transitioning to a hybrid model. Responsibilities include generating and managing a healthy pipeline, outbound activation (email/phone/social), crafting data-driven ROI narratives, pursuing multi-thread opportunities with executive stakeholders, forecasting and SFDC hygiene, and collaborating cross-functionally to accelerate cycles. Key activities involve qualification of ICP accounts, delivering tailored demos/proposals, negotiating to value, and coordinating with legal/procurement to close deals. Minimum qualifications emphasize 2–4 years in quota-carrying or sales-adjacent roles, SaaS sales experience, strong communication, Salesforce proficiency, and a consultative selling approach.
Required Qualifications
