Job Summary
Account Executive, Small City at Axon owns the full sales cycle for a defined territory focused on small-city law enforcement agencies (16–40 officers). The role is quota-carrying with commission upside, requiring prospecting, discovery, and closing, plus expansion with renewals and upsells. Responsibilities include delivering tailored product demonstrations via phone, web conferencing, and onsite visits; traveling up to 20% for client sites, conferences, and roadshows; maintaining accurate Salesforce pipeline management and forecasting; and building relationships with law enforcement stakeholders. The position is based in Scottsdale, AZ with in-office collaboration Tue–Fri and remote on Mondays (hybrid), reporting to the Inside Sales Manager. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2–3 years of full-cycle sales experience; Salesforce experience preferred. Travel up to 20%.
