Job Summary

The Account Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Faith Based Organization and Ministry Adjacent NPO space, focusing on increasing revenue and client retention. Responsibilities include prospecting new opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, presenting new products, negotiating pricing, interpreting customer requirements, and expanding market awareness of product solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills, resourcefulness, and experience exceeding sales targets in a SaaS environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience of SaaS sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and teachable
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targets
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of sales processes, techniques, and technologies
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Successful closing skills and the ability to solve practical problems
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills
