Job Summary
Account Executive Sell Out leads growth for a retailer portfolio within Global Blue's sales organization. Responsibilities include growing business with existing retailers and acquiring new customers, delivering Net Turnover and other KPIs, negotiating with partners, strengthening retailer relationships, and ensuring accurate CRM documentation. Role involves coordinating with store teams, executing action plans and store visits aligned with segmentation models, and managing merchant contracts and knowledge of services. Strong emphasis on relationship-building, negotiation, targeting sales performance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable business growth. Requirements include a university degree, 2–3 years in sales, and fluency in English and Arabic (French asset). The role offers a flexible work environment balancing remote work and office presence in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within a large multinational company focused on sustainability and client service.
