Job Summary
Drive sales growth for Global Blue by managing and expanding an assigned retailer portfolio, achieving net turnover targets, negotiating with partners, and maintaining strong retailer and store-team relationships. Responsibilities include visiting customers, delivering on KPIs (refund ratio, hit rate, and other sales metrics), defining merchant contract conditions within guidelines, expanding merchant knowledge, documenting activities in CRM, and executing action plans and store visits aligned with segmentation. Key skills include account management, negotiation, customer service orientation, adaptability, relationship-building, and proficiency in MS Office; bilingual or multilingual capabilities (English and Arabic mandatory, French beneficial) are desirable. The role emphasizes sustaining long-term partnerships, optimizing receivables, and collaborative work within a multinational, sustainable business environment.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- 2–3 years of sales experience
- Fluent English and Arabic (mandatory)
- French is an asset
