Job Summary
Own the full SMB sales cycle for inbound leads in SEA, from discovery to close, including demos and negotiations. Convert inbound channels (abandoned sign-ups, inquiries, referrals, direct sign-ups) and qualify opportunities based on ICP fit. Collaborate with the Founding AE on mid- to high-fit opportunities and help build the early playbook. Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot and hand off to Customer Success post-sale. Leverage tools like HubSpot, Firmable, Apollo, and ZoomInfo. Thrive in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment with strong discovery and demo skills, and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
