Job Summary
Account Executive on Braze’s Scale team responsible for owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, acting as a hunter to identify and close new business, and collaborating with Braze customers as a trusted advisor to help them grow and scale. You’ll work with Marketing, Product, and Technical executives to connect consumer experiences with brand goals, bringing a growth mindset, autonomy, and accountability. You’ll drive discovery, understand business pain, articulate Braze’s differentiated value, manage complex stakeholder landscapes, and accelerate cycles across distributed, global organizations. Prior success in strategic, data-driven SaaS selling and pipeline generation is ideal; bonus points for experience with Growth/Marketing teams, analytics, CRM, marketing automation, or data storage solutions. The role emphasizes a fast-growing, collaborative, and adaptable environment with cross-functional teamwork and a focus on delivering human-centered outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of field sales experience selling SaaS solutions
