Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end sales by engaging with companies seeking students, delivering demo video calls, and guiding prospects through the process to contract closure. Maintain long-term client relationships by nurturing contacts and converting trial users into partners. Collaborate closely with founders to shape growth strategies and incorporate your ideas directly into the company's expansion. This role offers a full commission structure of 12.5% per deal plus a fixed salary between 2-4k net, located in Cologne. We prioritize impact and direct influence, providing a team environment where your contributions drive immediate results.
