Job Summary

Account Executive – Revenue Generation responsible for driving revenue through multiple channels (ticket sales, donor acquisition, premium seating, hospitality, and other initiatives). Manages inbound/outbound outreach, contacts current and past customers, and networks with area businesses to generate revenue. Builds lasting client relationships, delivers exceptional service throughout the season, and works toward achieving and exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals. Requires proactive outreach, strong communication, and a proven sales track record; prior ticket sales experience is preferred and Salesforce experience is a plus. This role focuses on growing attendance and revenue for the University through dynamic sales activities and customer-focused engagements.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • 1+ years history of success in ticket sales preferably with a major Division 1 university or professional sports organization
  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software such as Salesforce a plus
  • Strong telephone manner and professional communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to generate original and imaginative solutions to business opportunities
  • Flexible work schedule and self-motivation
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
