Job Summary
Account Executive – Revenue Generation at Duke University lies at the center of ticket sales and revenue growth for athletic departments. Responsibilities include identifying and generating revenue through multiple channels (ticket sales, donor acquisition, premium seating, hospitality), calling current and past customers and cold-calling new leads, scheduling in-person/virtual appointments, building relationships for repeat business, achieving sales goals—weekly, monthly, and annually—and providing superior customer service throughout the season. Requires 1+ years of sales or customer service experience; experience with ticketing systems and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to independently drive opportunities are essential. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. The base pay is $14.42/hour with potential bonuses, benefits, and a competitive compensation package.
