Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by selling RCM services and integrated software solutions to mid-sized to large Physical Therapy practices. Manages a sales territory, builds a robust pipeline, demonstrates RCM solutions, leads contract negotiations, and travels up to 50% for client engagements and industry events. Requires domain knowledge in RCM, healthcare IT, and the Physical Therapy market, with proficiency in CRM systems ( Salesforce.com ), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office. Remote work within designated U.S. states; travel and quota-carrying responsibilities are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of five years of documented success in sales, specifically with SaaS products within a highly regulated industry (Healthcare IT)
- RCM Expertise: Proven experience selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or related billing services.
- Domain Knowledge: Robust knowledge of the healthcare IT industry; Experience in the Physical Therapy market is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Applications, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
