Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for identifying leads, prospecting and selling Republic Services’ full suite of waste management and recycling services within a defined geographic area. Role includes delivering sales presentations to prospective commercial and industrial clients, following up with key decision makers, closing sales, maintaining Salesforce-based activity records, managing the sales pipeline, and growing revenue through knowledge of services and pricing structures. Requires proactive outbound prospecting, regular cold calling, and participation in trade shows/events to increase company visibility and develop client relationships; minimum 2 years of direct selling experience and a valid driver’s license are required.
