Job Summary
Account Executive identifies leads, prospecting and sells Republic Services’ full suite of waste and recycling services within an assigned geographic area. Responsible for delivering sales presentations to prospective clients, following up with key decision makers, and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly revenue goals. Works with Lead Generators’ leads and records activities in Salesforce, conducts cold calls and scheduled blocks, and develops a thorough knowledge of services, pricing, and solutions such as total waste stream management. Builds relationships, participates in events, and represents the company with customers to grow profitable revenue and support sustainability goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role that includes identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Valid driver’s license (Required)
