Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customers and meet renewal or revenue targets
- Strong communication and relationship‐building skills, including confident phone engagement
- Proactive, empathetic, and able to resolve customer issues effectively
- Highly organised and detail‐oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills to identify trends and opportunities
- Adaptable and able to collaborate effectively with cross‐functional teams
- Results‐driven, with a focus on customer satisfaction and commercial growth
- Fluent in English
- Background in account management or client‐facing roles with senior stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN)
- Fluency in Russian or another CEE language
