Job Summary
Account Executive selling SaaS solutions to housing-industry clients in the Berlin/Brandenburg region, responsible for upselling and cross-selling existing customers, developing and implementing sustainable account plans to grow revenue and retention, building long-term partnerships, and managing the full sales cycle from needs analysis to offer, contract negotiation, and closure. Collaborates closely with Presales, Solution Sales, and Customer Success Management; supports revenue marketing campaigns; maintains proactive customer relationships to maximize sales and satisfaction. Requires a completed business/real estate-focused degree with several years of B2B SaaS sales experience, strong housing-industry knowledge, travel within the sales region, and fluency in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree in business administration/business economics or comparable vocational training (e.g., real estate agent)
- Several years of experience in B2B sales and account management
- Ideally in IT or SaaS sector with a focus on the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of processes in the housing industry
- Market expertise in the housing sector in Berlin/Brandenburg
- High level of initiative, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking
- Willingness to travel within the sales region
- Excellent German and English language skills
