Job Summary
The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving outbound customer engagement, opportunity identification, and early-stage pipeline development across Ramco’s target core markets. This role focuses on high-frequency outreach, prospecting discipline, and opportunity creation, supporting senior commercial leaders and account owners in converting qualified opportunities into revenue growth. This is an early-career sales role (2–3 years) in industrial B2B sales. Responsibilities include executing structured outbound prospecting campaigns, high-volume daily outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and customer visits, qualifying leads, maintaining CRM activity for pipeline visibility, supporting proposals and coordination with engineering and operations teams, and developing relationships with purchasing, sourcing, and engineering contacts within OEM and Tier supplier organizations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a high level of competitiveness and coachability, with a compensation structure combining base salary and performance-based incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
