Job Summary
Elastic seeks an Account Executive to grow Pursuit customer accounts by creating demand and driving new business revenue for its solutions. Responsibilities include building relationships, uncovering new use cases, managing the sales cycle, and delivering against revenue targets for SaaS subscriptions and Professional Services. Ideal candidates will have a history of selling to complex accounts, experience in relevant ecosystems, strong relationship-building skills, and proficiency with SFDC forecasting. This role features a competitive base salary plus variable compensation with a total On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $157,300 to $248,900.
Required Qualifications
- A track-record of success hunting to sell SaaS subscriptions and professional services into net-new complex accounts
- A deep understanding and preferably experience selling into the ecosystem including Enterprise Search, Logging, Security, APM and Cloud
- The ability to build relationships and credibility with both IT and LOB executives
- Predictability and accurate forecasting capabilities using SFDC
- An appreciation for the Open Source go-to-market model
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience selling in an Open-Source model
