Account Executive - Publisher Development (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary
Account Executive - Publisher Development responsible for onboarding premium publishers, building relationships with publisher owners, monetization teams, ad ops teams, and programmatic decision-makers; lead outbound prospecting, discovery calls, partnership discussions, and commercial negotiations; educate publishers on the value of our SSP, direct demand relationships, and monetization capabilities; work with account management, ad operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth integrations and successful launches; manage onboarding timelines and partner communication; maintain pipeline accuracy; drive long-term revenue growth, retention, and account expansion; represent the COOL Company within the regional programmatic ecosystem; must have 1+ year of experience in ad tech and fluency in English and the primary language of the assigned market (Arabic); remote-friendly with UAE-based remote options.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ad tech, SSPs, publisher monetization, programmatic advertising, ad exchanges, or publisher development
- Existing relationships within the publisher ecosystem of your assigned market
- Experience selling to, onboarding, managing, or growing publisher partnerships
- Strong understanding of publisher monetization and programmatic advertising
- Ability to independently source and close publisher opportunities
- Fluency in English and the primary language of your assigned market
- Candidates without direct ad tech experience will not be considered
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
