Job Summary
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for NYC property management firms and building owners, targeting mid-to-enterprise accounts across NYC Class A/B rental properties; responsibilities include meeting annual bookings targets, developing a healthy pipeline, cross-functional collaboration, and driving account expansions and renewals. Must excel at prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing, with a focus on pet-friendly PropTech adoption and revenue growth in NYC buildings.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of B2B sales experience in real estate, PropTech, or building services
- proven success closing mid-to-enterprise accounts in NYC property market
- deep knowledge of multi-family real estate ecosystem (Class A/B, 30+ unit buildings)
- strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to sell to C-suite and on-site management
- experience with SaaS, workflow, or compliance solutions preferred
- self-starter; thrives in early-stage, high-growth environments
- high EQ with relationship-building across diverse stakeholders
- familiarity with tech stack, AI, CRM tools (HubSpot), pipeline management, and structured sales processes
