Job Summary
Own and convert warm leads from inbound inquiries, referrals, and partners into signed property management agreements by qualifying opportunities early for property type, HOA restrictions, and owner expectations. Build and present simple STR pro forma P&Ls to demonstrate value, then run a disciplined, non-pushy follow-up cadence to keep doors open with owners not ready to sign. Manage the full sales cycle remotely via phone and video, occasionally meeting in Miami, while maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline with daily logging and weekly reporting. Work through the existing CRM backlog in your first 90 days while executing higher-volume self-sourced outreach as lead generation ramps up. Transition to reporting under the Miami-based Owner Acquisition Manager once that hire is in place.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in a senior, client-facing role in private banking, wealth management, real estate or investment sales, corporate account management, or luxury hospitality
- A demonstrated track record engaging high-net-worth individuals, business owners, or executive-level clients
- Working financial fluency: comfortable building and explaining a basic pro forma P&L without hand-holding
- Native or fluent Spanish and strong professional English, spoken and written
- US Visa or Permit to enter the US for occasional traveling under company expenses
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing a full, high-stakes sales cycle over phone and video without relying on in-person meetings
- CRM proficiency in HubSpot or a comparable platform, with strong self-discipline for remote pipeline management
- Familiarity with the short-term rental or real estate investment space
- A consultative, low-pressure style: you build credibility through transparency, not urgency tactics
