Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, generating new business, and servicing existing accounts in the North Carolina and surrounding markets. Duties include interfacing with clients and partners to capitalize on opportunities, tracking competitive activity, developing action plans to raise brand awareness in builder markets, collaborating with estimating and management to negotiate terms and optimize margins, guiding operations to service sales contracts, coordinating with vendors on pricing, researching leads, cold-calling prospects, and assisting with bids and contract options. Requires strong relationship-building, excellent communication, organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and bilingual Spanish-English abilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales/business development experience in construction and/or flooring industry preferred
- Valid Florida driver’s license with clean MVR
- Travel required: daily travel required, average of 1-2 nights away from home per week
