Job Summary
Develop and maintain relationships with major and national accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach within the assigned territory. Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through negotiation and closing to meet or exceed sales revenue goals. Collaborate with internal teams to design customized digital advertising and promotional solutions tailored to client objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. This role features an uncapped commission structure with an initial draw negotiable.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in account development and management, preferably within digital advertising or promotional sales
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales and territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage accounts and track sales performance
