Job Summary
Account Executive in California focusing on growing the company’s grower customer base. Responsibilities include owning the California territory, prospecting via multi-channel outreach, building and managing a robust sales pipeline from ground up, conducting discovery and demos, closing deals, and collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success. Requires 1-3 years of sales experience, hunter mentality, strong prospecting and CRM skills (Salesforce preferred), ability to work independently, and must reside in California for in-person meetings. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in agriculture or technology)
- Hunter mentality with strong prospecting and pipeline generation
- Comfortable conducting high-volume cold calls and outbound outreach
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Knowledge of agronomic practices (preferred)
- Must reside in California to conduct regular in-person meetings across the territory
