Job Summary
Account Executive for a pharmaceutical lab, focusing on sourcing, prospecting, and closing new clients across the Eastern Seaboard US region while engaging with an offshore Tallinn facility; requires chemistry solution selling experience and capability to develop and execute a sales plan, lead generate via LinkedIn and networking, participate in meetings and conventions, and manage a high-earning compensation structure (base salary $75K with uncapped commission and OTE $125K–$130K Year 1, $200K Year 2). Includes benefits such as health insurance (in progress) and vacation time.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in chemistry solution selling preferred
- 2+ years in B2B pharma/lab sales or equivalent
- Ability to source, prospect, and close new clients
- Strong networking and lead generation skills
- Willingness to travel within the Eastern Seaboard region and potentially to Tallinn facility
