Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for leading Cisco's UAE public sector sales across government entities and public institutions. Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure, build trusted C-suite relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, services, partners), and deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with government digital agendas and regulatory requirements. Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand Cisco's footprint in the UAE public sector, engage with senior stakeholders, manage complex contract negotiations, analyze market trends and procurement processes, and nurture a robust partner ecosystem to support government procurement and project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related Technical field
- Minimum 7 years of technology sales experience, with a focus on Public Sector or Government accounts in the UAE or Middle East
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) and proficiency in Arabic
- Deep understanding of UAE public sector procurement, regulatory environments, and government digital transformation initiatives
