Job Summary
Account Executive - Portfolio at Cisco in the Netherlands. You will build and execute a sales strategy for Dutch Healthcare customers, selling Cisco Products, Solutions and Services, and strive to hit personal targets while fostering long-term relationships up to C-Level. The role involves engaging with Pre-Sales and Technology specialists, coordinating internal resources (Marketing, Technology Experts, Services), and positioning technology-based solutions to healthcare buyers. Fluency in Dutch and English required; BA/MA degree preferred. The posting emphasizes healthcare digitization, recurring offers, and end-to-end solution selling within the Dutch Healthcare market.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: 5 years of account management experience and proven track record in a dynamic IT, Software, Services and Solution Business
- Experience in articulating and positioning the value of a technology-based solutions to the customer
- Experience in developing trusted customer relationships up to C level combined with ability to network within a customer and partner organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers
- Experience in developing and delivering accurate sales forecasts against business objectives
- Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets while selling Collaboration / Data / Networking/ Security architectures and Recurring Offers into accounts or within a territory
- Ability to demonstrate and engage internal resources such as Marketing, Technology Experts and Services
- Negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to our customers, partners and Cisco overall
- Ability to match customer needs with state of the art technology solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- Preferred qualifications: Understanding of Dutch Healthcare organizations and their buying cycles
- Knowledge, existing relationships and/or a track record of selling IT solutions into the Dutch Healthcare sector
- Proven experience with solution selling
- BA/MA degree in a business discipline or equivalent
- Formal training in sales techniques
