Job Summary
Build outbound pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn, and referrals to engage Operations, Finance, and business leaders. Run discovery to identify workflow problems and position SmartForms/InFlow as solutions for replacing manual processes. Collaborate with leadership on deal strategy and progress opportunities to proposal stage with direct CEO support for the first 10 months. Own full-cycle sales from pipeline creation to closing deals in the $150K–$500K range while helping refine messaging and GTM strategy.
Required Qualifications
- BDR / SDR with strong performance
- Junior AE with outbound experience
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or services sales
- Comfortable doing outbound weekly
- Learn quickly and apply feedback fast
- Curious about business problems
- Want to own deals, not just book meetings
- Want to grow into a high-performing AE
- Can manage outbound, discovery, and deals
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
