Job Summary
Account Executive in AvePoint Philippines driving new professional services business across enterprise and mid-market accounts in the Philippines; leads consultative sales engagements across Cloud Migration Services, AI Enablement Services, Trusted Data Foundation Services, and Managed Technical Services to position AvePoint Confidence Platform as the long-term platform of choice; builds relationships with C-level and senior IT decision-makers, collaborates with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, and Marketing to develop account plans, and operates with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home) with regular travel within the Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling professional services, managed services, cloud solutions, or digital transformation engagements
- Familiarity with managed services models (staff augmentation, dedicated resourcing, or outcome-based engagements) and the ability to articulate their value to customers
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem; experience with Google Workspace is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- An understanding of AI trends and the ability to translate them into customer-relevant business conversations
- Strong local market knowledge across Philippine enterprises, government, financial services, BPO, or other key verticals
- Consultative, curiosity-driven selling style with strong listening and storytelling skills
- Accountability, urgency, and entrepreneurial drive — ownership of territory
