Account Executive, Personal Insurance

Coordinate with Producer to support prospect/client meetings and manage a range of client service needs across marketing, claims, risk management, and placement administration. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to drive retention and growth, and contribute to achieving operating margin targets. Develop client-ready content and renewal proposals, coordinate coverage reviews, and execute renewal/quote processes using AMS/Vertafore. Proactively identify improvements to processes and workflows to deliver higher service levels, stay current on market changes, rates, coverages, and carrier activity. Qualifications include 7+ years in insurance, a Property & Casualty license, and Excel/PowerPoint proficiency; bachelor’s degree preferred; insurance designations preferred.
