Job Summary

Account Executive for enterprise client services in Judi Health’s PBM/enterprise health platform portfolio. Responsible for the overall satisfaction and retention of a large enterprise employer commercial client book of business, serving as the relationship owner with C-suite and key decision makers, and leading strategy, renewal, and contract management activities. Collaborates with clinical account consultants and internal teams to support member and client satisfaction, deliver proactive plan recommendations, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. Oversees performance guarantees reporting, vendor relationships, and cross-functional resource assembly to address client challenges and identify opportunities for value-added offerings. Requires strong communication, data analysis, presentation, financial reporting, project management, and diplomacy skills; travel up to 25% and ability to navigate multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, or relevant professional experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in the pharmacy benefits management industry
  • Exceptional business acumen
  • Strong client de-escalation skills, organizational skills, and creative problem solving
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills
  • Financial and statistical reporting knowledge and experience
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Ability to exercise considerable judgement, maintain confidentiality, and act in a diplomatic manner
  • Travel is estimated to not exceed 25% in the busiest times of year
  • Progressive staff management experience
  • An educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor
  • Ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues
  • A person who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
  • An excellent facilitator who is experienced in resolving conflicts between different parties to a dispute
  • A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation, and detail-oriented perspective
  • A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgement, and strong operational focus
  • Ability to work with peers in a team effort
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays pursuant with industry demands
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
