Job Summary
Account Executive, Payments responsible for originating and closing new payments opportunities and selling a full suite of payment processing, software, and value-added solutions. Leverage an existing network and industry experience to build a nationwide book of business, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation, and consistently exceed sales targets through strategic pipeline development. Maintain and expand relationships with clients and referral partners, partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless onboarding and client experience, and stay current on industry trends, pricing models, and competitive positioning. This role emphasizes a self-directed, entrepreneurial approach with uncapped commission potential and a strong focus on building long-term recurring revenue. Start date: Immediate. Reports to: Executive Vice President of Sales.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in merchant services, payments, or fintech sales
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and autonomous
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting through implementation
- Strong communication and executive presence
