Job Summary
Account Executive, Partnerships for a remote-first fintech-focused growth team. Drive revenue growth by identifying, building, and expanding strategic partnerships; collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategy and position Array’s solutions as essential tools for customer engagement. You will be the face of the company, cultivate relationships with clients, consult with prospects to understand needs, present compelling sales proposals, maintain sales activity to exceed goals, and engage with industry groups and conferences to source opportunities. Strong SaaS/B2B fintech sales experience, exceptional communication, ability to simplify technical products for non-technical audiences, and proven CRM proficiency are required.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of sales experience in SaaS and B2B sales specifically within Fintech, or Fintech adjacent areas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective Sales Leader with an established history of prospecting new clients, generating leads, and closing sales
- Outstanding ability to explain technical products to a non-technical audience
- Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in new and innovative ways
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce
