Job Summary
Account Executive role focused on full-cycle sales of PandaDoc to SMBs (11-200 employees). Responsibilities include managing qualified SMB leads end-to-end—from prospecting and discovery calls to product demonstrations, value-based qualification, and negotiation to close. Build and maintain a clean sales pipeline, coordinate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management to ensure a smooth post-sale handoff, and drive monthly quota attainment using multi-channel outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.). Ideal candidate has 1-3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, experience with SMB/Mid-Market deal sizes, CRM-based forecasting, multi-touch sales cycles, and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment. Bonus points for experience with SFDC, SalesLoft, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SPICED/SPIN methodologies, and prior SDR/BDR prospecting experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of on-quota direct sales experience selling B2B applications/solutions
- Experience with SMB and Mid-Market deal sizes
- Experience with CRM tools and forecasting (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience managing a multi-touch sales cycle
- Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Experience in prospecting and qualifying leads (SDR, BDR roles)
- On-demand/SaaS, CRM, SFA, and marketing software/solution sales experience
