Job Summary
Outbound Account Executive to prospect, demo, and close for a real estate SaaS platform. You will execute 100+ outbound touches daily (phone, email, social), conduct 10+ demos per week, and collaborate with Account Management to ensure a strong handoff post-sale. Target clients are real estate teams/realtors. Requires 3+ years of heavy outbound B2B sales experience, CRM rigor, and a persistent, resilient mindset. This role is 100% in-office in Downtown Nanaimo, BC, with a base salary of CAD 60k and OTE CAD 120k; 50/50 commission structure and uncapped earning potential. You will thrive in a high-energy, collaborative environment that values customer success and execution from prospecting to closing.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
- experience prospecting, demoing, and closing in SaaS or related B2B industries
- ability to manage a high-volume outbound cadence (100+ touches daily, 500+ weekly)
- strong CRM data integrity and documentation for onboarding teams
- ability to work in person in Nanaimo, BC, Canada
- ability to communicate value to real estate professionals (realtors)
