Job Summary
The Account Executive (Enterprise Direct Sales) is responsible for enabling growth in clients and acquiring new logo accounts. Key responsibilities include targeting customers in the C-suite, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, negotiating prices, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates must possess 10+ years of outside technical sales experience, including 3 years in selling cloud solutions, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Strong consultative selling skills, Salesforce proficiency, and the ability to work independently and in a team are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in outside technical sales
- At least 3 years in selling cloud and hosted solutions
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding activity, pipeline and revenue objectives
- Consultative solution selling expertise
- Extensive field sales experience in Public (AZURE/AWS) & VMware based Private Cloud
- Extensive field sales experience in DRaaS, Data Backup, and IT Migration
- Extensive field sales experience in Professional Services, Networking, and Security
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Proven track record with complex enterprise-level IT environments
