Job Summary
Account Executive in Osaka, Japan (Remote-based with some office work in Shibuya) responsible for owning the full sales cycle, building a pipeline across Western Japan, collaborating with integrators and channel partners, and delivering technical demos to drive cloud-managed physical security solutions. Requires native-level Japanese, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a track record in quota-carrying sales. Travel is frequent (more than 50%), with occasional trips to Tokyo. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Expected to develop deep product knowledge, work with Solutions Engineers on demos, and provide market feedback to inform regional strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level Japanese; intermediate to business-level English is a plus
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Ability to travel more than 50% of the time
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus
