Job Summary
Oversee the Quincy, IL territory by consistently identifying and implementing event/activity plans to build awareness of online academic programs and drive inquiry generation. Execute daily work through informational presentations, calls, and emails to shape high-impact partnerships while championing the GCE mission to prospective students and their families. Provide exceptional counseling via various mediums to guide non-traditional students through the admissions process, utilizing critical thinking skills to support their journey from application to completion. This remote role with ambitious targets requires extensive travel, evening and weekend availability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Candidates must live within 30 miles of Quincy, IL, hold a valid driver's license, and have a bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Must live within 30 miles of Quincy, IL
- 3+ years of success in outside business development, consultative sales or account management
- A bachelor's degree
- No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report
- If in a rehabilitation program, your credit report must reflect that you are current, not delinquent, on your payments
- Outstanding time management skills
- Clear communication skills
- Well developed listening skills
- Self-motivation and drive to succeed
