Job Summary
Account Executive – Northeast owns the full sales cycle for net-new and existing dispensary locations within an assigned territory. You’ll generate pipeline, build business cases for Sweed, run discovery and demos, negotiate contracts, and close bundled SaaS contracts covering POS, payments, and e-commerce. Drive ROI-focused discussions, manage multi-stakeholder buying processes, and forecast with CRM hygiene in HubSpot while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Success teams to support regional growth. Success is measured by closed ARR, onboarded door-count targets, pipeline growth, and territory expansion. The role requires prospecting, outbound activity, and effective value-selling to cannabis retailers, with travel for regional events and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience
- Proficiency in full-cycle sales (prospecting to closing)
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or retail technology
- Ability to articulate ROI and business impact to stakeholders
- Skilled in HubSpot, virtual demos, and BANT methodologies
- Willingness to travel for regional events and meetings
