Job Summary
Deliver tailored demonstrations of FSI's flagship products to prospects while understanding their goals, challenges, and budgets. Own territory success by defining goals, creating detailed plans, and meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas. Supplement your pipeline through lead-generating activities and continuously improve your sales process by implementing best practices. Engage with senior executives in the Northeast US healthcare market to drive subscription and service revenue growth. This role requires 3-6 years of sales experience in healthcare facilities or SaaS, with an on-target earnings of $250,000 to $275,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years' experience as a quota-carrying sales representative and/or sales prospecting experience
- Insight and experience selling software into the hospital industry
- Contacts in the Healthcare Facilities or Clinical Engineering space
- Significant understanding of the Northeast US healthcare market
- Ability to engage with senior executives
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Genuine customer empathy
- Team player mentality to ensure customer success
- Organized with strong time management skills
- CRM management skills
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Office 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A thirst for knowledge and growth in an early-stage environment
- A sense of urgency and persistence
- Proven success working remotely
- Must be located in the Northeast Region of the United States
