Job Summary
Account Executive handles full-cycle sales from demo to close for fintech retirement platform, researches target companies, builds and manages a pipeline, negotiates contracts, and records all activities in Salesforce. The role requires closing deals, delivering value to small businesses, and leveraging sales tools to drive opportunities, with a preference for startup experience and quota attainment. Must be located in Mountain or Pacific time zones.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota
- Ability to close deals and deliver value to customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses
- Comfortable with a wide range of sales tools, including Salesforce or other CRMs
- Must be located in Mountain or Pacific time zone
