Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for driving sales growth and managing key customer relationships for NTK Ceratec products in the Semiconductor Production Equipment market. Own end-to-end project management, lead price negotiations, and manage sales operations via customer-specific platforms (EDI, order entry, demand forecasting). Coordinate quality and change management processes (DMR, SNF) with SPE team and Japanese manufacturing sites. Serve as primary liaison between customers, Niterra North America, and NTK Ceratec; identify future product applications and technical requirements; communicate findings to internal teams; prepare and deliver professional customer presentations; compile and present reports on critical meetings. Ensure compliance with antitrust/competition laws and NDA obligations. Adhere to IATF, ISO, J-Sox, and safety policies. Travel domestically/internationally; bilingual in English and Japanese; capable of independent work within a global team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience in SPE or related technology markets
- Proven ability to manage customer projects with high accountability
- Experience in sales operations via customer-specific platforms including EDI, order entry, and demand forecasting
- Ability to acquire/apply technical knowledge related to semiconductor manufacturing processes and ceramic material properties
- Understanding of quality assurance standards and change management protocols
- Proficient English and Japanese communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
