Job Summary
Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, building trust and ensuring expectations are exceeded. Develop strategic marketing plans based on client business goals and collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns. Monitor performance metrics, provide regular updates, and proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling. Attend client meetings to communicate progress and address concerns while maintaining accurate CRM records. Work night shifts from 6pm to 3am to support clients across different time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in account management or a similar role in the marketing/advertising industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Willingness to work night shifts (6pm-3am) to support our clients in different time zones
