Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for building and growing new business across large endpoints, prospecting and qualifying opportunities, leading account planning around customer pain and measurable value, running high-quality discovery with IT and business leaders, coordinating internal resources, and negotiating/forecasting with a focus on growth within the assigned territory. Key skills include pipeline generation, strategic selling of business value, relationship-building with IT and business stakeholders, strong communication, CRM hygiene, and the ability to collaborate with pre-sales, professional services, customer success, marketing, and partners to close larger strategic deals. The role emphasizes hybrid work (office in Boston with a mix of remote work) and a compensation structure that may include base salary plus commission or bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience
- proven track record of pipeline generation and quota achievement
- ability to prospect, qualify, and develop a strong pipeline
- ability to sell business value and outcomes, not just features
- strong relationship-building and communication skills
- CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline
- comfort with modern sales tools and Microsoft Office
