Account Executive

Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for quota-carrying sales and building/maintaining client relationships. Drives core sales activities including prospecting, discovery, solution presentations, proposal development, and closing within an assigned book of business or territory. Develops account plans by understanding client structures and stakeholders, communicates product/value propositions, supports pricing discussions, and maintains accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and CRM documentation. Collaborates with internal teams to address client questions and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle; conducts product demonstrations aligned to client needs and helps quantify value/ROI through case studies when appropriate. Requires knowledge of healthcare technology, strong communication, time management, and cross-functional collaboration to meet sales targets. Education and experience requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales, preferably in healthcare technology, with demonstrated skills in consultative selling, presentations, and account management. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare technology environment
- Knowledge of sales fundamentals and customer service best practices
- CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships
- Verbal and written communication with stakeholders
- Presenting solutions clearly and organize demonstrations
- Time management, prioritization, and organization
- Problem-solving and collaboration across teams
