Job Summary
Toronto-based Account Executive focused on new business development selling grocery technology solutions to independent grocery stores. Manages the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with in-person store visits and product demonstrations in the Toronto market. Builds and maintains a structured territory plan, grows the pipeline to meet revenue targets, and collaborates with sales leadership to align strategy. Requires strong prospecting, closing, and relationship-building skills, CRM proficiency, and fluency in English (French/Spanish preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of sales experience in the grocery sector or related industries with proven results
- Successful track record selling directly to independent grocery store owners
- Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated, competitive, and able to exceed quotas
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- English required, proficiency in French or Spanish preferred
