Job Summary
Account Executive for IDMWORKS in the Texas territory (Houston/San Antonio) driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, managing a robust sales pipeline, and delivering IDMWORKS’ IAM solutions. The role requires coordinating with sales leadership and marketing to develop Territory Development Plans, updating CRM with opportunities and status, understanding IDMWORKS offerings to align services with client requirements, and acting as the primary contact for customers within the territory. Travel up to 50% within the territory and reside near a major airport. The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, presenting compelling value propositions, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer business problems.
Required Qualifications
- Direct sales experience with an expertise in Identity and Access Management including IAM domains such as Identity Lifecycle Management, Identity Governance, Certification and Attestation, Privileged Access Management, Workforce Access Management, and Consumer Identity Access Management
- Proven above quota performance in a direct sales capacity in one or more IAM domains
- Experience coordinating matrix-based organizations to effectively address customer business problems and generate new sales opportunities
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers demonstrated by closed opportunities, renewals, and follow-on engagements
- Ability to act in a leadership capacity for team members within the assigned territory
- Experience in maintaining multiple parallel initiatives across several clients and partners
- Ability to perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with customers, partners, and internal teams
