Job Summary
Account Executive for New England (Commercial) responsible for new account development, account management, territory development, sales operations, and professional development within the public sector for ServiceNow solutions. Responsibilities include establishing and growing relationships with key accounts, developing territory plans, drafting proposals and statements of work, demonstrating product capabilities to prospects and customers, qualifying and pursuing opportunities, creating business plans to manage sales within the region, monitoring market conditions, and maintaining ongoing post-sale support. Travel to engage top accounts and represent solutions to customers; require proficiency with the ServiceNow platform, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to maintain trusted executive-level relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience selling ServiceNow solutions for a premier or elite ServiceNow partners, or competing product
- Existing field level relationship in the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Successful experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients in the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business, build relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
- Experience leading multiple concurrent sales cycles from opportunity identification through closure
- Proven track record of at least 3 contiguous years of achieving or exceeding quota
- Exceptional client relationship skills and demonstrated experience developing consultative, influential relationships with executives and other key stakeholders
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or technology related field preferred, or equivalent experience
