Account Executive for new business development in a flexible, primarily remote environment with in-person meetings in Grand Rapids as needed. Responsible for prospecting and securing new client relationships, managing the sales lifecycle from outreach to closure, tailoring approaches to client challenges, maintaining CRM and proposal materials, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to drive revenue growth. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of software sales experience, strong prospecting and consulting skills, and ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, computer science or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum three (3) years selling custom software solutions
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience managing digital projects
  • Experience with prospecting and cold outreach
  • Experience translating technical information to non-technical users
  • High level understanding of digital project life cycle and resource allocation
  • Experience managing client relationships and overall satisfaction
  • Experience delivering sales pitches to clients, or similar experience
