Job Summary
As a New Business Account Executive for the Nordics market, you will focus on converting leads and creating new opportunities with mid-sized and Enterprise clients, while achieving revenue targets. A strong background in technology sales, particularly with AdTech products, is essential, along with advanced consultative selling skills. Your responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, engaging with prospects, cold-calling, and utilizing tools like Salesforce CRM to enhance sales strategies. A strong understanding of the AdTech/MarTech landscape and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders are critical to success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one Nordic language and a high level of English
- Advanced consultative selling and closing skills (2 years+ in sales roles)
- Good understanding of the AdTech/MarTech industry
- Proven track record of success in closing deals
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in technology sales (C-level)
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like Sandler, SPIN, or MEDDIC
- Ability to pitch multiple AdTech products
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
